Our target audience for marketing and commercial communications are strictly directed toward existing adult smokers and we adhere to strict guidelines to ensure that. These guidelines may be modified from time to time, to ensure that our marketing is clear on the set following points:
- MED+ is not intended or appropriate for minors, pregnant women and those with chronic disease
- MED+ products are not intended for former smokers or non-smokers.
- MED+ is meant as an alternative product for smokers and not to be used as a cessation, including for the cure or treatment of nicotine addiction, relapse prevention or relief of nicotine withdrawal symptoms.
- Our featured images and videos for marketing and commercial purposes is not intended for a youth audience
- We do not, by any means, use cartoons, caricatures, or other designs aimed attracting minors
- Our campaigns depict appropriately aged individuals and targeted audience which is smokers
- We ensure our product designs to have limited exposure to an underage demographic
- We fully support and comply with all federal and state regulations (according to each countries) to prevent sales to minors, which includes stringent third-party age verification for online sales
- We ensure our use of social media content is targeted to adult smokers while limiting engagement by youth audience.
